UDC Changes to Strip HARC Powers
There are two documents below. The first is to be presented at a public meeting on January 22, and to city council for approval in February. You can download simply by right-clicking the link, no join-up to any service required.
Document One
Here is the proposed UDC changes document. This consists of current UDC sections marked up in color with proposed changes. Red is eliminated text, blue is new text.
Document Two
This second document is the original list of intended revisions, staff’s intended scope of work. This second doc will help alert you to chapters and section in the change doc.
