    We own a cottage in the 400 block of S. Main.

    There is a HARC meeting this Thursday regarding development of the 400 block of S. Austin Street which will share our alleyway.

    I regret the short notice and brash approach but I found your website just now.

    Do you have any information regarding this matter? We have a concern but do not know if we have a worry.

    The developers purchased from our common grantor. That grantor set up and controlled until last year our Homeowners’ Assoc. However, the developer has not approached any of us regarding the plans or effects on our properties.
